What You Will Do
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing and building external talent pipelines.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive staffing plans by translating business needs into actionable strategies.
  • Establish credible, long-term partnerships with hiring managers and HR business partners.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing channels, including social media and networking, to attract passive talent.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess qualifications, interest, and salary expectations.
  • Drive the candidate experience throughout the selection process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with compensation teams to define competitive job offers.
  • Maintain transparency and communication through progress reports and actions in ATS and TRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO/Diversity policies and federal contractor requirements.
  • Represent ESPN at networking events, job fairs, and conferences.
Skillset and Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Strong consultative skills for designing and executing recruitment strategies
  • Experience using social media tools for sourcing and engagement
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like Kenexa
  • Ability to manage high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Good collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work as a team player

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency in full life-cycle recruiting (3+ years)
  • Experience meeting standard KPIs
  • Proven ability to support/interact with senior-level management
  • Experience working across geographical markets
Education

- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Compensation & Benefits

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $90,000 to $108,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
