Job Title: Emissions Technician/State Inspector
Location: Store Operations
Reports To: Lube Manager and Assistant Lube Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-exempt, $16-$18 an hour Plus Bonus
Pay Rate: Hourly $16-$18 Plus Bonus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform emissions services in accordance with State laws and regulations.
- Perform upper and lower standardized work for all services offered in the Lube Center.
- Maintain facility (e.g., empty trash, restock inventory, clean floors).
- Follow safety rules and procedures in accordance with OSHA and Car Spa policies.
- Perform opening and closing checks as per Car Spa policy.
- Assist in training newly hired Emission Technicians/State Inspectors.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and answer customer questions about services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions:
- Work is done in a service bay environment in all weather conditions.
- Safety is a priority due to traffic and hazardous environment; alertness and caution are required.
- Must reach all vehicle areas, bending, reaching, stooping, and stretching regularly.
- Follow company policy for protective gear (e.g., goggles, bump cap, gloves, ear protection).
Qualifications:
Preferred:
- Quick lube experience
- Emission/State Inspector certification
- Customer service experience
