Production Position

We are currently looking for full-time production positions with the potential to advance quickly to operator or inspection positions through on the job training.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines

Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly

Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

Production of products consistently with quality control standards established

Production of products consistent with units per man and cost per unit established requirements

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or equivalent

The ability to read, write, basic math, and follow instructions

Must be able to work independently or as team

Able to lift 50 lbs.

Maintain a safe working environment

Understand, follow, and support company policies, procedures, in addition to corporate and local safety initiatives

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Maintain good housekeeping and waste management practices

Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required when in production floor as a minimum
