Manufacturing Production Operator
Under direct supervision, the Manufacturing Production Operator is responsible for assembling mechanical units or fabricated parts to create sub-assemblies or complete units. This role involves routine and repetitive assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Use various hand and power tools and operate equipment such as jigs, dies, fixtures, templates, punch presses, riveting machines, circular shears, and drill presses.
- Cut, file, fit, punch, ream, rivet, form, and/or assemble components.
- Obtain raw materials, load, and operate equipment to produce finished products.
- Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous factory experience preferred.

- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Able to remain in a standing, stationary position for extended periods
- Able to work flexible hours and overtime when required, including weekends
- Available to attend off-shift training or work and rotations between departments when required
