This is a part-time position paying $17.00 per hour. The current shifts are: Saturday and Sunday, noon to 8 pm.

A typical day at one of our front desks

As an NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses, serving as the first point of contact for residents and their guests. You will be the 'heart' of the property, warmly welcoming residents, monitoring the lobby, and handling incoming calls, requests, and deliveries.

Your main goal is to make residents feel at home through genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Ensuring smooth operations and service by communicating effectively with team members, management, residents, and guests.
• Following property-specific procedures for receiving and signing for deliveries, ensuring efficient delivery to residents.
• Facilitating contractor arrivals/departures and visits from realtors, potential buyers, and renters.
• Advising residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
• Managing access for residents, guests, and vendors per property procedures.
• Promptly responding to resident requests, calls, and concerns.
• Maintaining a professional appearance in your uniform.
• Enjoying interactions with residents.
