Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Estimator and Project Manager located in Chattanooga, TN. The Experienced Estimator will be responsible for preparing and managing estimates for construction projects. Daily tasks include examining and analyzing blueprints, material take-offs, preparing cost estimates, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers, and finalizing project budgets. The Experienced Estimator will also collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of estimates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and managing detailed construction estimates
• Experience with blueprints analysis and material take-offs
• Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors and suppliers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chattanooga, TN
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with estimating software and tools
• Experience in the construction industry with a focus on steel fabricating projects
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
