Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Soda is partnered with a AI start-up that is building next-generation voice and text agents that fully own the hiring pipeline for the worlds deskless workforce, from creating resumes to conducting multilingual interviews to scheduling final meetings, all without human intervention.

Already revenue-generating and backed by top-tier investors, the founding team includes alumni from Tesla, Meta, Roblox and fast-scaling AI companies. Theyre now looking for an exceptional Full Stack Engineer with proven experience in AI voice technologies to help shape their platform from the ground up.

Location: NYC (5 days/week in-office, relocation supported)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI-driven voice and text workflows, with a focus on real-time, multilingual conversation systems.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand real-world hiring challenges and translate them into high-impact product features.
• Contribute across the stackfrom backend APIs to frontend dashboardsensuring seamless integration of AI voice capabilities.
• Set new standards for UX in agentic, voice-first products used by thousands daily.
• Own projects end-to-end: from product definition to live deployment in production.

What Were Looking For:

• 17+ years in full stack engineering roles, bonus if you have hands-on experience in AI-powered voice products.
• Strong with modern frontend (React, Vue, or similar) and backend (Node.js, Python, or Go) stacks.
• Solid grounding in system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Comfort with high-speed, high-ownership, early-stage environments.
• Ability to ship quickly without sacrificing clean, maintainable code.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with multilingual voice systems, speech-to-text (STT), or text-to-speech (TTS) technologies.
• Prior work on LLM-driven conversational agents or workflow automation tools.
• Previous 0?1 start-up experience or fast-scaling product environments.
