Job Description :
JOB OVERVIEW The Dopant technician, under the Production Supervisor will provide support in the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing process. The dopant technician will collect, validate, analyze, and organize data into meaningful reports for management decision making for recharging process. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Main tasks of Dopant technician should include but not limited to the following:
  • Identify components issues, analyze root causes, and drive resolutions.
  • Compile and analyze dopant data and create reports for engineers review
  • Creation of mechanisms to improve production and streamline workflow of re-charge process.
  • Responsible for accurately weighing and recording the weights of dopant and outgoing materials.
  • Operate electronic or mechanical scales to weigh dopants, and record data such as weights, types of materials, and dates and times of transactions
  • Ensure that the equipment is in good working condition, clean and properly maintained.
  • Performs minor maintenance and repair work on scales, scale house and scale house grounds
  • Responsible for maintaining the clean environment of the weigh scale house and its perimeter
  • Works closely with all departments in order to properly feed lines according to production demands.
  • Polysilicon Stacking
  • Prepare polysilicon for automatic handling from as-shipped condition with ceramic tools
  • Interface with the logistics team warehouse to prevent machine starvation
  • Inspect materials prior to use to ensure purity and quality
  • Examine, test, and troubleshoot vacuum seal systems
  • Measure out precise quantities of raw material inputs
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • 1-2 years working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Associate degree or equivalent is required.
  • Experience with networked based computer systems. (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures while contributing to continuous improvement with suggestions and ideas.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and leadership skills.
