Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Angular with Redux and Java Spring Boot to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for building scalable, distributed systems and a solid understanding of the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop large-scale, distributed systems with high performance and scalability.
• Build responsive and dynamic front-end applications using Angular and Redux.
• Develop robust back-end services using Java Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system integration.
• Work in an Agile/SCRUM environment and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with a focus on distributed systems.
• Frontend: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Angular and Redux.
• Backend: Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of experience in the financial services or investment banking industry. Knowledge of capital markets or trading systems is a plus.
• Database: Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, threading, and design patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with SCRUM, Agile, and iterative development approaches.

Salary Transparency:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 - $130000 / year.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
