Were currently seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and sales-driven Leasing Specialist to join our team in a part time role. This role is ideal for current ETSU students who are looking to build professional experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and community engagement.

About the Position

As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the face of our community. Welcoming visitors, connecting with prospective residents, and delivering exceptional service. Your energy, creativity, and people skills will help drive occupancy while creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Leasing

• Provide warm, professional front-desk support to residents and prospects
• Conduct property tours and highlight key features of the community
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
• Respond promptly to inquiries, questions, and concerns
• Generate and follow up with leasing leads via phone, email, and in-person engagement
• Represent University Edge at campus events and local businesses
• Identify creative opportunities to engage potential residents and drive traffic

Marketing & Social Media

• Help maintain a strong local social media presence (Instagram and Facebook)
• Promote community events, milestones, and leasing specials
• Collaborate with the team on content creation, campaigns, and branding

Event Planning & Community Building

• Assist in planning and executing resident events and promotional pop-ups
• Build relationships with local vendors and small businesses for partnerships
• Encourage resident engagement and help foster a welcoming community environment

Ideal Candidate

• Outgoing and personable, with strong communication skills
• Motivated by goals and excited by the idea of helping others find their home
• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
• Interested in building a future career in sales, marketing, business, or customer experience
• Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Background in student leadership, Greek life, or campus involvement
