We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Bethel, Vermont. In this contract role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting HR operations, ensuring seamless onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update employee information within HRIS systems to ensure data integrity.

  • Support employee relations initiatives by addressing inquiries and providing relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate administrative processes, including record-keeping and reporting.

  • Monitor compliance with HR-related policies and regulations, providing guidance when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR-related projects and meetings.

Requirements:
