This role involves entering and updating data in internal systems, coordinating appointments through a scheduling platform, and helping manage a shared inbox. The ideal candidate has strong data entry skills, a sharp eye for detail, and is comfortable working with spreadsheets and online forms.Qualifications:Strong customer service and communication skillsCritical thinking and time management abilitiesProficient with computers and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Able to multitask effectivelyPrevious experience with data entry or scheduling tools is a plusGeneral Notes:This role may evolve to include other tasks as needed.
