- Communicating empathetically via email, phone, chat, and text to resolve inquiries and build confidence in working with Zillion
- Handling calls from customers and partners, triaging, and resolving their needs
- Developing and implementing new tests to improve results
- Providing feedback to product and engineering teams
- Using our platform and systems effectively to optimize performance
- Representing the voice of the customer to understand needs, identify pain points, and inform strategic decisions
