Compensation and Schedule:
- Hourly Position: Full-time, non-exempt
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours, with flexibility as needed
- Competitive pay based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Guide applicants through the hiring process, including reference checks and scheduling tests.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support employee benefits enrollment and communicate with vendors regarding benefits-related inquiries.
- Deliver and manage training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date.
- Serve as a go-to contact for staff and internal teams on HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and as part of a team
- Reliable non-public transportation with necessary insurance
- Preferred: Experience in HR, benefits administration, and employee training
