Credit Coordinator (Part-Time) - Work Based Learning

This role is part of Mohawk Industries Work-Based Learning Program (WBLP) and is only open to qualifying students currently enrolled in High School. The Mohawk High School program is designed to allow students the ability to learn, develop and build onto their industry related skills within the Home Center Department, while completing a High School curriculum. It is NOT required to be in the school WBL program to apply, but you MUST be an active High School student.

What You'll Do

• Support credit team with customer portal updates, POD retrievals, other processing duties
• Respond to customer needs and demonstrate teamwork to ensure achievement of goals

What You Have

• Rising High School Junior or Senior, at least 17 years old
• 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
• Basic Computer Skills
• Good voice quality that is conversational and professional
• Building strong relationships and working collaboratively to achieve goals
• Adapting to changing situations, circumstances, and audiences
