This role will assist in facilitating prospective clients through the intake process and ensure a seamless intake experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client intake interviews via phone, email, or in person, as needed.
• Gather and document critical case facts, contact information, and relevant legal issues.
• Enter and maintain accurate client data in the firm's CRM and case management system.
• Conduct preliminary conflict checks.
• Schedule consultations for attorneys and provide follow-up communication with potential clients.
• Prepare and send engagement letters and retainer agreements to new clients.
• Assist with client onboarding and transition to case teams.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely response to client inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in an intake or client-facing role at a law firm
• Familiarity with legal terminology and legal intake processes.
• Experience using case management software (e.g., Clio, NetDocs, etc.).
• Exceptional formal writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
