This position also ensures accuracy in data tracking and reporting needs within Academic Success units. This position provides training and support for students, staff, and instructors. **Full position description is available upon request. ** Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Supports Academic Success units with accurate data requests and reporting.
  • Serves on the UWSP EAB Navigate leadership team and supports the technology structures utilized by the Dean of University College and UWSP units utilizing EAB Navigate
  • As campus point of contact for EAB Navigate, Identifies, troubleshoots, resolves, and/or escalates basic and more complex data, network connectivity, client/server processes, and application issues according to established policies and procedures.
  • Under general supervision, maintains operational functions of technology systems to ensure appropriate integration, compatibility, and functionality according to established user requirements
  • Serves as a UWSP point of contact for campus EAB Navigate queries providing standard-level organizational information about EAB Navigate resources.
  • Facilitates individual and group end user trainings, answers questions, and provides information to routine, non-routine and more complex information technology products and EAB Navigate services
Department: Academic Success is a unit within University College that focuses on direct support services to students at UW-Stevens Point. Academic Support clusters the student-facing roles of the Academic and Career Advising Center (ACAC), The Disability Resource Center (DRC) and the Tutoring-Learning Center (TLC). These units work cooperatively to assist student retention, completion and career development through academic and career advising, disability services and tutoring and learning services. The Academic Success unit also plans, promotes, collaborates and assists UWSP faculty and staff as they engage in student success and completion initiatives across the campus. Compensation: $39,500, minimum annually, based on qualifications and experience Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with student information systems, MS Office suite and associated technology
