Job Summary

A career in our Managed Services practice offers the unique opportunity to assist our clients in redefining their talent strategies and delivering extraordinary business results through their people. We focus on evaluating and addressing their unique challenges, enabling our clients to optimize their return on the overall investment in their workforce.

Our team helps companies streamline and effectively manage their international assignment program in a cost-efficient manner. Youll assist our team with international assignment management, workforce administration, payroll, finance and accounting in addition to mobility policy, process and governance consulting. Our integrated solutions facilitate workforce mobility, encompassing immigration, tax, managed services, and digital solutions. As a trusted advisor in compliance, consulting, and technology services for multinational corporations, we tackle complex, cross-border workforce mobility issues, ensuring that our clients and their employees enjoy a seamless and compliant global mobility experience.

Responsibilities
  • Share and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
  • Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.
  • Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
  • Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials that you produce.
  • Support senior team members in large client projects and engagements
  • Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • A self-starter with a proactive and engaged approach, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently while actively contributing to team goals.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Interacts effectively with various levels of client and Vialto management through both written and verbal communications.
  • Demonstrates ability with automation and digitization in a professional services environment
  • Serves as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Collaborates with clients, HR, and payroll departments to gather necessary information for tax compliance.
  • Works closely with global Vialto team members to coordinate advice and ensure seamless service delivery.
Educational Preferences
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, International Business or related fields

  • Compensation: $45,000-$75,000. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data
