Description As an Industrial Electrician, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical production systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role includes diagnosing electrical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting facility upgrades and expansions.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plant electrical systems up to 480VMaintain motors, starters, VFDs, I/O controls, and some robotics on production equipmentPerform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and equipment failuresSupport project work for plant growth, upgrades, and safety improvementsCoordinate with outside contractors for installations and equipment servicingAssist operators to reduce downtime and support scheduled changeoversQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2 years of industrial electrical maintenance experienceProficient with electrical systems up to 480VStrong troubleshooting skills for input/output controls, drives, and related systemsAbility to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawingsStrong communication skills and commitment to safety and detailMust pass a background check and full-panel drug test prior to employment
