Pine Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced Nursing Scheduler.

This position is full time and requires availabiltiy Monday- Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate & plan Nursing Department staff schedules, taking staff and facility needs into consideration.
- Coordinating all staffing requirements in the Facility
- Patiently deal with last-minute changes in scheduling
- Deal with staff call-outs appropriately by following proper protocol.
- Assist with recruitment needs by advising Director of HR of open positions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in scheduling
- Should have excellent computer skills (MS word, excel, outlook etc.)
- Computerized scheduling software
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are required.
- Highly Organized, professional & motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize.
