We're hiring a Senior Preconstruction Manager to join a nationally respected GC with nearly 50 years of excellence across mixed-use, healthcare, life sciences, and more. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll collaborate with owners, designers, and internal teams to win and deliver major builds from concept through budget.

What You'll Do:

• Lead preconstruction strategy and budget development
• Manage RFPs, quantity surveys, and vendor relationships
• Mentor managers and drive business growth
