Automation Service Supervisor

We're looking for a hands-on Service Supervisor – Automation to lead our high-performing team of technicians who keep our ASRS and automation systems running at peak performance. If you're passionate about tech, leadership, and solving complex problems, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and schedule a team of Automation Technicians

Oversee repairs, maintenance, and improvements for ASRS, conveyors, robotics, and more

Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Manage Preventative Maintenance plans and ensure documentation is complete and accurate

Collaborate with operations, vendors, and engineers to meet uptime & safety goals

Troubleshoot PLCs, lead root cause investigations, and champion team development

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in automation maintenance (2+ in leadership).
• Deep knowledge of ASRS, PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), robotics, and conveyors
• Strong organizational and people leadership skills
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or distribution
• Bonus: OSHA or safety certifications, CMMS knowledge
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency Maintenance Situations as needed.
