Phigenics does not sell water treatment chemicals and is not biased toward any treatment technology or supplier.Position Summary:The Production Specialist will report to the Production/ QA Manager or designated Manager within the Operations Department. The Production Specialist will assist in providing WMP Product support by creating WMP documentation deliverables for internal customers.Responsibilities:● Develop the client's WMP deliverable documentation● Actively participates in the development, implementation, and execution of internal processes and procedures to enhance and improve the WMP delivery model● Assists in standardizing company WMP deliverables and helps facilitate the appropriate resources necessary to meet and exceed customer expectations.● Assists in managing regional team expectations regarding Production/ Quality processes, deliverables, timelines, status, and issues.● Establishes, manages, and maintains project plans with external and internal partners.● Provide status reports to the Production/ QA Manager for communication to Phigenics management.● Assist in the development of quality assurance/control processes● Takes on additional project responsibilities or duties as neededRequired Qualifications:● Bachelor's Degree required.● Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, including the ability to effectively present information.● Must be highly skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications, including but not limited to intermediate knowledge of the following software products: Google Suite, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word.● Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinkingPreferred Qualifications:● 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a science or engineering field.● Have a proven track record working with key project leaders and/or decision-makers.● Experience with cloud-based project management software preferred.Work Environment / TravelThis is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be necessary for department meetings.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
