Job DescriptionThe Housekeeper @ The Preston of Rockville keeps the community in a clean and sanitary condition, providing a healthy environment that contributes to the care and welfare of residents and guests. Delivers exemplary customer service with attention to detail and promoting a warm, secure and friendly environment.What will I do every day?* Clean assigned apartments, community rooms and more* Carry linens, towels and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts* Change bed linens* Assist with resident and community laundry as directed* As well as perform other related duties as requiredWhat will I need to be successful in this role?* High school graduate preferred* Six months to one year of housekeeping experience* Experience working in a senior environment preferred :* Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as neededWhat's in it for me?
