As a Warehouse Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility, handling inbound and outbound freight, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe work environment. Hours will be 11am - 8pm+ Accurately receive, load, store, and execute shipment orders+ Count products, verify weights, and compare to manifests to ensure accuracy+ Identify and report any discrepancies, shortages, or damages on appropriate forms+ Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products safely+ Maximize storage space utilization and properly store items in assigned locations+ Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring correct quantities and proper labeling+ Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with physical inventories and cycle counts+ Perform repackaging and repair of goods as required+ Operate warehouse equipment such as shrink-wrap machines and banding tools+ Adhere to all safety regulations, including OSHA standards and company policies+ Complete necessary documentation for TSA and CCSF requirements+ Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment+ High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)+ 6 months experience in a similar warehouse position (preferred) + Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform accurate calculations+ Physical capability to stand, walk, lift (50lbs), twist, and reach for extended periods+ Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment+ Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills+ Strong communication and teamwork abilities+ Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the facility+ Willingness to obtain DG (Dangerous Goods) certification+ Ability to obtain a Forklift certification within 6 months of employment+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment+ Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing prioritiesAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
