BayMark Health Services, the nation's leading provider of opioid treatment programs, is seeking a forward-thinking Regional Director of Operations to lead our Maryland, DC and West Virginia Clinics. This is a high-impact executive role for a seasoned operational leader passionate about patient care, organizational performance, and strategic growth.
As Regional Director, you will serve as a regional CEO, owning the performance of multiple treatment centers, leading diverse clinical and operational teams, and delivering measurable outcomes across quality, compliance, and financial benchmarks. You'll shape strategy, inspire accountability, and build high-performing teams in a mission-driven environment that is making a difference every day.

Salary Range:
Salary ranges from $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 annualized
The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty, and training.
