We're looking for an Associate Director, Influencer & Creator Marketing to join our growing Creators & Casting team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, client leadership, and culture—helping to shape creator-led campaigns for some of the world's leading brands.
As an Associate Director, you'll lead programs day-to-day, mentor junior talent, and bring a sharp POV on how creators drive culture and connection. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to craft strategies, identify creators, and deliver campaigns that resonate.

This role is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in New York City.
Role OverviewThe Associate Director, Influencer & Creator will drive creator strategies, casting, negotiations, and execution. They will mentor junior staff, bring cultural insights, and ensure campaigns are strategically sound, creatively distinct, and flawlessly delivered.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $90,000- $105,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates\' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
