The Maintenance Director will be responsible for ensuring the physical environment is safe, well-maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with all applicable regulations. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years experience managing maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
• 2+ years experience supervising and leading maintenance and/or housekeeping teams
• Strong knowledge of safety, senior housing regulations, building codes, and OSHA standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with computer applications (e.g., email, maintenance management software, etc.)
