Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $53.00/hr

Payrate: $50.00 - $53.00/hr.

Summary: The role demands an understanding of supply chain dynamics, a strong quantitative background, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members. You will play a critical role in developing new tools for our planning team, working with internal and external stakeholders to develop new processes and manage the planning for one or more commodities. This role offers an opportunity to drive a crucial supply chain initiative in a dynamic environment and significantly impact our operations' performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning team in creating rack/commodity supply plans, validate supply responses from suppliers, and communicate supply committee decisions internally.
• Develop and utilize advanced analytics to understand shortages, identify priorities, and work with Sourcing and Operations teams to resolve supply-demand gaps.
• Collaborate across the supply chain organization to ensure timely and accurate data setup in our systems.
• Utilize Oracle to manage planning processes. Work with Enterprise Products and data management teams to enhance automation, efficiency, and data accuracy.
• Create weekly/monthly KPIs and communicate findings to upper management.

Must have Skills:

• 5 years of experience in supply chain or related quantitative roles.
• 5 years of analytical/data management experience.
• 3 years proficiency with planning tools and ERP software (Oracle, SAP, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or similar).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive partner data input and verify accuracy across multiple sources.
• Ability to synthesize data rapidly and communicate risks effectively.
• Experience creating communications for different organizational levels, from individual contributors to senior management.

Nice to have:

• Experience in demand, supply, materials, or inventory planning.
• Industry experience in infrastructure, electronics, or related fields.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Industrial Engineering.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay across the U.S. is $50.00 - $53.00/hr. Final offers depend on skills, education, experience, and benefits. Full-time employees may choose from benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), commuter benefits, and insurance.
