Develops, communicates, and leverages a strategic vision aligned with company, market, and local plans and tactics to direct the management team and associates in facility operations, merchandising, and company direction. Provides supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly associates, addressing issues such as high turnover, engagement challenges, and recruiting in a competitive market. Upholds the company's Open Door Policy by engaging with associates, researching issues, and ensuring responsiveness and resolution. Ensures compliance with policies and develops relationships with officials, maintains safety and quality standards, and oversees operational reviews. Initiates community outreach programs, manages financial performance, and drives sales and profit goals. Ensures store standards, supports training environments, and develops strategies for workforce attraction and retention. Builds high-performing teams, fosters a culture of respect and integrity, and promotes community engagement. Focuses on customer service, continuous improvement, and technological adoption.
