Warby Parker is looking for an experienced Director of Compensation to join our Total Rewards team. The person in this role will play a critical part in managing all of our company-wide compensation programs and People data analytics. What you'll do:

• Manage, design, and share information on all aspects of our compensation programs—including salary and incentive plans, both short- and long-term
• Conduct ongoing compensation benchmarking and analysis to maintain competitive compensation practices while also considering internal equity
• Participate in compensation surveys and professional network groups
• Oversee the year-end review process for our Corporate, CX, Lab, and Retail divisions
• Play a critical role in our annual budget process and ongoing headcount planning
• Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and maintain substantial analytics that drive business decisions
• Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes, and partner with teams across People, Finance, Legal and Tech to implement solutions

Who you are:

• Backed by 10+ years of professional experience in compensation and HR systems
• Extremely analytical and highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• Proactive and self-motivated—you know how to get stuff done!
• A strong leader who's able to think strategically and motivate their team
• A clear, empathetic communicator who can build trusting relationships with managers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
• Experience with Oracle and ADP

Warby Parker, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York at the time of posting. Warby Parker may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus and an equity bonus as part of the total compensation package. Details and eligibility will be discussed during the application process.

New York Pay Range

$148,750 - $170,000 USD
