Base pay range: $165,000.00/yr - $205,000.00/yr

About the role

This leader will guide a talented group of creatives, taking complicated and licensed IP, and transferring it to new products to meet client demand. We are a local Cincinnati team that works across the USA and internationally. This is not a marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and partner with leadership and brand creatives.
• Drive process improvements, including team restructuring and design workflows.
• Translate complex licensed IP into new products to meet client demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a portfolio with a creative IP focus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated portfolio with a creative IP focus.
• Leadership experience managing teams and collaborating with executives and brand creatives.
