Job Description:
We are seeking strategic and dynamic Program Managers with deep expertise in Business Agile methodologies and a strong background in ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management), specifically within the Oil & Crude domain. In this leadership role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to drive change management initiatives, including impact assessments, training, and communication strategies. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and systems, while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management with a focus on Business Agile methodologies.
- Proven expertise in ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) systems, with deep domain knowledge in Oil & Crude trading.
- Strong understanding of Business Change Management practices, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and deliver strategic solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead Agile transformation initiatives and manage change in complex business environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs within the energy trading domain.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with leading Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance within the energy trading sector.
- Familiarity with ETRM platforms and trading analytics tools.
- Certification in Agile (e.g., SAFe, CSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
