Role Description

This is a Mental Health Therapist role located in Jackson, Michigan. The therapist will be responsible for conducting individual and family therapy sessions as well as creating and implementing treatment plans. Daily tasks include assessing clients' mental health needs, developing therapeutic strategies, conducting therapy sessions, completing documentation, and coordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications

• Exceptional psychotherapy skills
• Skills in treatment planning and developing therapeutic strategies
• Proficiency in mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong documentation skills
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensed in the state of Michigan
