The Associate Clinical operations Director assists the Health & Human Services (HHS) Executive Director in overseeing administrative operations, regulatory compliance, and coordination across multiple healthcare facilities serving all Seminole Tribe of Florida Reservations. This position ensures consistent operational standards, regulatory adherence, and quality patient care while adapting to each site's unique needs. The role provides direct supervision to medical clinic supervisors and the case management team, directs the development of goals, strategies, programs, and budgets, and oversees training programs to reinforce safety protocols and best practices, including test administration, procedural oversight, and reporting requirements. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, promoting team efficiency, fostering staff development, ensuring program delivery, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining quality control. The Administrator evaluates operations, recommends improvements, and facilitates communication between clinic staff and other Health Department functions to enhance service delivery. When needed, the position may also provide direct healthcare services—including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care—to support patient wellness and continuity of care, and requires extensive travel, maybe on short notice, to provide leadership and problem-solving support.

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Health Care Management, Nursing, Business Administration, Social Work or related field is required. Master's degree is preferred. Florida licensed Physician, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is highly preferred. A minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in a health facility or community Health Care setting with at least five (5) years on a supervisory or management capacity is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required. Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills. Demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving abilities. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is a requirement of this position.
