Partners with stakeholders across the organization (hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Benefits, executive leaders) to develop and execute recruiting strategies and practices that align with the dynamic needs of an academic medical center.
Education & ExperienceEducation and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of human resources experience
Certifications, Registrations, or Licenses Required:
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
Recruitment experience in a healthcare setting
Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesMust have knowledge of principles and procedures for effective recruitment and selection which includes but not limited to: applicant tracking systems, career sites and niche postings, intake sessions, sourcing candidates, and acting as a recruiting consultant to hiring managers. Must have knowledge of employment, equal opportunity/affirmative action program (EEO/AAP) guidelines and laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for recruiting at job fairs and delivering training sessions to managers, etc... Must be skilled in personal computers and related software applications. Ability to build and sustain professional relationships across the organization. Ability to schedule and strong organizational skills. Identify staffing needs and cross selling opportunities as applicable. Ability to interact with a wide range of constituencies.
