Ensure a high-quality dining experience for the campus community by upholding standards in food quality, sanitation, and service. Coordinate daily staffing for high-volume, complex operational processes. Oversee guest experience and uphold standards through coaching and training. Observe and report guest trends to improve team performance. Oversee inventory levels and manage product orders with accuracy and timeliness. Train and mentor team to meet objectives, fostering skill development to strengthen both individual performance and team cohesion. Innovate and refine processes, and operational efficiencies to elevate guest experience. Implement performance management practices and administer corrective actions as needed to maintain accountability and support team excellence. Demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written communication to effectively engage with team and management at all levels. Prioritize and actively promote a safe work environment by upholding both physical and mental well-being standards, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and fostering a culture of support and awareness among team members.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications: BA/BS plus at least four years of experience or combination of related education and experience to equal at least 8 years.
Preferred Qualifications: 3 years in supervisory or management role related to food service or guest experience Proficient in food management software (i.e. ordering and inventory management) Proficient in Google Suite (e.g. docs, sheets)
Pay Range: $27.00- $29.00 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience
