Senior Program Manager

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be leading execution of the rhythm of the business for OCI's Central Product Management and Customer Engineering team. The broader team is responsible for the development of OCI new features and platforms. You will be responsible for orchestrating the strategic and operational cadence of the business, ensuring all teams are aligned on priorities, executing with precision, and communicating effectively. Your primary mission is to create and maintain a predictable, scalable, and efficient operational framework that enables our leadership team and cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Cadence Management: Own and drive the operational calendar for the business unit, including strategic planning sessions, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), weekly business reviews (WBRs), and executive-level meetings.
• Strategic Planning: Partner with the leadership team to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate communication and collaboration across diverse teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of business priorities.
• Executive Communication: Prepare and synthesize information for executive-level presentations, including weekly reports, business reviews, and ad-hoc analysis, to provide a clear and concise view of the business's health.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in business operations, program management, or Chief of Staff role, preferably within a large-scale technology or cloud environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and influence teams without direct authority.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and business planning frameworks (e.g., OKRs).

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
