Assistant AnalystOMnet, LLCAn Omnicom Media Group CompanyReports to: Sr Analyst & AMD, Operations | Location: New York, NYRole: The Assistant Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of OMnet communications and tracking activities. Serving as a key liaison between external agency partners and internal teams, the Assistant Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow, compliance with contractual requirements, and operational accuracy. This role supports the Sr Analyst & AMD by maintaining compliance standards, and helping with documentation of client opt-ins, approvals, and retention processes. The Assistant Analyst also supports internal controls and audit readiness. A successful candidate will demonstrate a foundational understanding of media, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn and leverage key media research tools if necessary. Analysis & Media Expertise:
- Follow established compliance processes and adhere to client contracts
- Respond to ad hoc client requests timely and accurately, utilizing data pulls when necessary
- Respond to internal requests including audit requests and day-to-day execution of compliance related tasks
- Maintain a strong foundation in Excel, with a willingness to continuously expand technical skills
- Maintain awareness of system upgrades and evolving technology
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications
- Basic knowledge of Media
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, proactive assistance in team efforts
- Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
- Computer literate with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a media or advertising environment is a plus
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range $45,000-$50,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
