JOB SUMMARYThis position coordinates the identification of grants, organizational approval, application, and new project implementation within Berkshire Health Systems. The position will work with departments within Berkshire Health Systems to ensure organizational prioritization and delivery of grant commitments. With the support of the fiscal, clinical and analytics teams, the position will also provide and report performance and financial data to measure effectiveness and quality of performance to meet patient needs and contractual obligations of the funder. The position will lead a grant team with the Project Director to develop work processes and achieve goals for funders and Berkshire Health Systems.JOB REQUIREMENTSExperience:Four years in a healthcare-related cation:Bachelor's degree.Licensure & Certifications:SKILLS & ABILITIESStrong interpersonal and communication skills. History of successfully interacting with patients, families, providers, and multidisciplinary team members.Previous experience utilizing technology, including EMR (Electronic Medical Record) and Microsoft Office.Strong background in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)Strong written communication skills.WORKING RELATIONSHIPSTitle of position(s) supervised:N/A
