Suitable candidates must have:

2 years of kitchen management experience.Drive to lead a team in a positive manner.Possess excellent culinary skillsAbility to hire, train, develop, and coach a group of talented people.Effective oral communication and employee management skills.Ability to not only work, but thrive in fast-paced environment with multi-tasking skills.Open availability (nights & weekends).Hands-on type, open to working the line when busiest.Maintain inventory in an efficient manner.Deal with vendors and be responsible for costs.Able to work with the GM to ensure smooth operations between FOH and BOH.

Owners are personally involved and accessible to the Kitchen Manager, whenever needed.
