Job Summary:The Site Head is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of a metal manufacturing facility. This role ensures the site meets production, safety, quality, and financial goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all site operations including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and supply chain.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and capital projects to optimize site performance.

Qualifications:
