Join us as an Supply Chain Planner and play a pivotal role in shaping our production planning and execution across the Americas region.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be the cornerstone of our supply planning operations, ensuring stable, leveled production that meets customer demand—on time, every time. You'll collaborate with demand planners, customer service, vendors, and warehousing teams to roll out and monitor production plans, drive operational excellence, and support strategic business goals across a 24-month planning horizon.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Planning & Execution

  • Lead the supply planning process using the o9 Integrated Planning Tool.
  • Develop and maintain a valid Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with SIOP and customer demand.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly production plans to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage finished goods inventory to optimize service levels and cost.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyze OTTR, FGI stock, and delivery performance.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly planning reports to track schedule adherence and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and adjust plans to meet SIOP targets and respond to internal/external disruptions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Demand Planners, Customer Desk, Vendor Schedulers, and Plant Teams.
  • Support new product introductions and major production transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF16949 & ISO9001 standards.

Your profile

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Business AdministrationEngineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in supply planningproduction planning & control, and end-to-end supply chain operations
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry (OEM or Tier-I) is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills & Expertise

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Solid understanding of production planning processesinternal capacity planning, and Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP)
  • Proficient in ERP systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft ExcelPowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Analytical & Communication Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
