This is a direct hire role with the opportunity to make an immediate impact.
What You'll Do
- Drive improvements in CNC machining & tooling processes
- Quote cycle times from CAD/prints
- Train & coach operators for success
- Program, setup & optimize CNC mills and lathes
- Recommend tools, equipment & workflow improvements
- Collaborate with Quality to ensure top standards
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 yrs CNC machining experience (lathes & mills)
- CNC programming expertise (CAD/CAM + shop-floor edits)
- Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, GD&T, SPC
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent exp.)
