Salary: $73,058/yr

Join NuHealth at Nassau University Medical Center, Long Island's only public safety net hospital and Level I Trauma Center. We are seeking a full-time LGBTQI+ Program Administrator & Outreach Coordinator to manage data, lead community engagement, coordinate mental health resources, and ensure quality for our LGBTQI+ grant program. This role oversees the AIRS System, strengthens community partnerships, and drives data-informed, affirming care for LGBTQI+ individuals.

In this role, you will:

• Administer AIRS System, oversee data entry, reporting, and integration with EHR platforms.
• Build partnerships with LGBTQI+ community organizations and lead outreach events.
• Connect patients to behavioral health services and address social determinants.
• Monitor program KPIs, conduct audits, and implement process improvements.

We require:

• Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, or related field, plus 1 year of health care administration experience; OR Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with AIRS/EHR systems preferred.
• Experience with LGBTQI+ communities and health disparities.
