Job Description :
Organize and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient time management and coordination. Maintain an organized filing system and updated contact lists to support office operations. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to promote efficiency and consistency. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional communication and customer serviceSupport the Corps Officers with additional organizational tasks, including various clerical responsibilities. Oversee centralized bookkeeping functions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies. Prepare payroll documentation and ensure timely processing. Perform other duties as assigned by the Corps officers to support overall office and program functions. Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and one year of related experience.
