Overview

Pantheon Data is looking for a Junior Requirements Management Analyst to work within the Ship Design Team supporting engineering disciplines for the U.S. Coast Guard on a variety of acquisition and sustainment projects.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements tracing with support from engineering teams.
• Document and manage specification changes and comments within a database.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with working with web-based collaborative tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams and SharePoint).
• Certification in IBM Rational DOORS or documented foundational level training preferred.
• Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Education

Bachelor's degree

Clearance

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Work Location

Hybrid - USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus in D.C.).

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. This is not a guarantee; salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
