Together, let's make a positive impact and empower the next generation of leaders. Job Summary The Office of the Provost is seeking a bright, energetic student to support the administrative team. As a student representative of the Office of the Provost, the student in this position will be the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and must positively portray a professional demeanor at all times. Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate resource for resolution.
• Assist with greeting internal and external visitors in the Provost's Office suite.
• Light administrative support such as making copies, organizing various confidential documents, and data entry.
• Provide special project clerical support.
• Assist internal employees with various clerical duties.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a Federal Work-Study Award
• Must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Georgia Gwinnett College.
• Must be in good academic standing and maintain good academic standing for the duration of employment.
• Must be in good conduct standing with the Office of Student Integrity and maintain good conduct for the duration of employment.
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to apply judgment and discretion in performing confidential matters.
• Ability to be highly organized, attentive to details, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
