We aim to enhance student development by providing a supportive and safe environment in which you can achieve academic, social and professional success.We coordinate major schoolwide programs such as orientations, a student activities fair, a career and internship fair and professional development workshops. We work to recruit excellent students; coordinate diversity outreach programs to expose high school, undergraduate students and professionals to the field of public health; and offer career services for current students and recent alumni.Position Summary The UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health seeks accomplished and talented candidate(s) to review applications for the MPH, BSPH and other degree programs. Selected candidate(s) will attend trainings in November 2025, participate in regular admissions committee meetings, and review approximately 20 applications per week from December 2025 - February 2026. The goal of this position is to help the Admissions Committee make a more informed decision regarding potential applicants for programs. The reviewer will complete a detailed evaluation form for each applicant and provide recommendations to the Admissions Committee based on the applicant's qualifications. This position is likely to be based in a tele-working environment (i.e. home office).Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Exposure to course work in public health, education, or related field; experience with graduate admissions preferred; experience with MS Teams, WebAdmit/SOPHAS, and/or other application software preferred.
