Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Brick, NJ community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of daily front desk operations
Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

- Pleasant personality with a good appearance.

- Service and guest oriented

- Very good command of both written and spoken English

- Ability to work on shift basis.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $16.00 +
